Creating Signs is Not as Complex as You May Think
Screen printing is accomplished by creating a frame that has a piece of finely woven fabric, such as silk or polyester, stretched across it. Sections of the screen are blocked with a non-permeable material so that paint will not seep through in those areas. The part that is left open will allow the paint to soak through the fabric and print the exact opposite of what the stencil looks like.
The screen is filled with paint and a fill bar is used to push the paint through using the exact right amount of pressure to apply it to the material you are putting it on.
After using the screen it can be cleaned and reused but if the design will not be used again, you can clear it and start over with it. This is a little more complicated process than it sounds as this involves using stencil remover to remove all existing emulsion and in some cases a process called dehazing is required to remove any haze or “ghost images” from the existing screen so they do not appear on future work.

Hi nice post, i have come across your site once before when searching for something so i was just wondering something. I love your theme, would it happen to be a free one i can download, or is it a custom one you had made? In a few weeks i will be launching my own site, i’m not great with designs but i really like the style of your site so it would be cool if i could find (or pay for) something with a similar look.
